Limited Warranty
Rockwell Power provides a 5-year limited warranty to the original purchaser of our solar generators and lithium batteries, ensuring they are free from defects in materials or workmanship for five (5) years from the date of purchase (“Warranty Period”). This warranty applies only to products bought directly from Rockwell Power or authorized dealers and does not cover refurbished items.
What Does This Warranty Cover?
During the Warranty Period, if a defect in materials or workmanship is identified by Rockwell Power, we will, at our discretion:
- Repair the product using new or reconditioned parts.
- Replace the product with a new or reconditioned equivalent at no cost.
Repaired or replaced products become the property of Rockwell Power. After the Warranty Period, repairs or replacements will incur charges for parts and labor. This warranty is valid only for the original purchaser and ends if the product is sold or transferred.
The warranty does not cover:
- External cosmetic damage, such as scratches or dents.
- Damage from natural disasters, including storms, floods, or earthquakes.
- Misuse, abuse, or negligence in handling the product.
- Unauthorized modifications or repairs.
- Damage from incorrect installation or improper voltage connection.
- Consumable components, such as internal batteries.
- Products with tampered or removed serial numbers.
In such cases, repair costs and replacement parts will be charged to the customer.
How to Claim Warranty Service?
To request warranty service for your solar generator or lithium battery, contact us Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM CST:

We’ll provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and shipping instructions. Ship the product to: Memphis, TN 38103
Ensure the RMA number is clearly marked on the package, and include your name, phone number, and address inside the box.
Returns Policy
Within 30 Days of Purchase
Unopened and unused solar generators or lithium batteries purchased from rockwellpower.com can be returned within 30 days of the original shipping date. A 10% restocking fee may apply if the product has been opened. A non-refundable 2% payment processing fee will also be deducted.
Contact us at hello@rockwellpower.com or +1 901-730-6800 to initiate a return. We’ll provide an RMA number and return address. Return shipping costs for non-defective items are the customer’s responsibility.
After 30 Days
Returns are not accepted after 30 days from the purchase date.
Pre-Orders
Pre-orders can be canceled with a full refund, minus a 2% non-refundable payment processing fee. If your order includes pre-order items, we’ll ship the entire order once all items are available.
Damages
If your solar generator or lithium battery arrives damaged, notify us within 48 hours of delivery at hello@rockwellpower.com or +1 901-730-6800. Provide photos of the damage, and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.
Liability Disclaimer
Repair or replacement under this warranty is your sole remedy. Rockwell Power is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of use, data, or profits, arising from the use of our solar generators or lithium batteries. All implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, are limited to the Warranty Period. Some jurisdictions may not allow these limitations, so they may not apply to you. This warranty provides specific legal rights, and you may have additional rights depending on your location.
